Your first session begins with a thoughtful conversation about your goals, physical history, and current practice. Together, we'll assess your movement patterns and create a personalized plan. The session combines hands-on adjustments, detailed alignment cues, and specific modifications tailored to your body. You'll leave with clear guidance and homework to support your progress.

Private sessions are 60 minutes long, with the option to book 90-minute sessions for more in-depth work. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle in and discuss any questions or concerns.

This varies based on your goals. Some students benefit from weekly sessions to build a strong foundation, while others prefer monthly sessions to refine their practice. After your first session, your teacher will recommend a schedule that aligns with your needs and objectives.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full, as this time has been specifically reserved for you.

Not at all! Private sessions are perfect for both complete beginners and experienced practitioners. If you're new to yoga, we'll focus on building a strong foundation with proper alignment and breathing techniques. For experienced students, we can work on advancing your practice, refining specific poses, or addressing particular areas of interest.
